Long Sit

Every third Saturday of each month, we host a half day meditation retreat (the Long Sit). Please join us as your schedule allows online. Zoom-link is here.  

Once you log into the zoom session, please leave your microphone muted during sitting to reduce background noise. You may have your camera on or off, depending on your situation.
